Stainless steel anti-corrosion dust suppression spray bars for harsh and rugged industrial applications, suitable for saline water.
Our Spray Bars reduce dust by misting drives and roads in an underground mining environment. These spray bars have been proven to run continuously with contaminated reticulated salt water from the underground workings of the mine, without fail.
The spray bars are anchored to the roof of the mine (backs) using chains and D-shackles attached to the existing rock bolts.
Careful designing of these bars has effectively reduced water consumption by 50% enabling them to be linked together in a series of spray bars, evenly distributing the water down to the roads surface, without any damage to the road itself.
